We liked the excellent service of the hotel staff, always friendly and competent. The wellness facilities are remarkable.
The hotel is not invalid friendly. Wheel-chair entrance thru the delivery entrancy at the back of the hotel. Lift too small for wheel-chairs. Do not forget, this is a four * hotel.

The staff here are very professional, the room is quiet with a balcony, and the central location is great; it's also just a mile from the Westpark Shopping center!

I liked the decor, the spa experience and the single bedroom was much bigger than I expected.
The room I stayed in was a bit hot and it could've done with having air conditioning.

The pool & spa was excellent. The food very good. Friendly staff and most helpful.Excellent service overall. The decorations & atmosphere is of a high standard.
No air conditioning in the bedroom. However, it was an economy room, but this still spoilt the comfort.

During my recent business trip to Gaimersheim, my director chose the Der Heidehof Conference & Spa Resort for our accommodation, and I must say it was an excellent choice. The spa facilities were truly exceptional. I indulged in the rejuvenating sauna, spa tub, and steam room, which provided much-needed relaxation after a long day of meetings. the resort offered other recreational amenities such as a fitness center and an outdoor and indoor pool, where I could unwind and recharge. The Heidehof Day SPA with its three treatment rooms was also a highlight, allowing me to enjoy luxurious spa treatments and escape the pressures of work.
There was one minor issue during my stay at Der Heidehof Conference & Spa Resort.

location: the hotel was not far from the restaurant as well as ingolstadt. also, the venue was a 10-15 minute walking distance from westpark shoppingcenter. the food was fine with a lot of choice!
Facilities were great, even so Wi-Fi was quite slow.

noisy hotel, in the room all sounds from the other rooms well audible. bathroom ventilator sounds a bit like airplane starting

Located in a peaceful area 👍, with friendly and helpful staff. Also, there's a lovely cafe called Grand Cafe Condotti just a mile away from here where you can enjoy some nice tea and treats.

Very nice hotel with friendly and helpfull staff. Great spa facility with various saunas, swiming pools and other water activities.
English menu does not exactly correspond with food on plate (sweet dumpling is not dumpling).

Everything was super! Fantastci design of the busness rooms.
One tip - there is a problem to find the hotel with Tomtom map. Maybe the hotel should aproach them.

i enjoyed the spa and swimming pool. It was a very relaxing day. The staff were very nice and welcoming. The room allocated was nice and the bed very comfortable. The evening meal was reasonably priced and very nice.

The breakfast is good, the two swimmingpools are beautiful, the room is more or less ok.
The room is not very clean...
